Saturday August 13th, 3:00-5:00pm
POTLUCK!!! Please bring a Main Dish, Side Dish or a Dessert. Please respond back to me what type of dish you are brining so I can make sure we have a variety of dishes. PTA will provide plates and utensils, and drinks (water and lemon-aid).
While this is a fun event for us to relax, unwind and meet each other’s family – there is a small amount of business to do. We will need to approve the budget (it is posted at the school AND on our blog) and sign financial papers. We will also talk about the first day of school and the Back to School night.
It will be held at the Cliffs Community Pool (Cliffs @ Entrada) off Snow Canyon Parkway. We will need to meet at the school at 2:45 so that we can all get in together. If you are not able to make it at 2:45pm please call Ann Wong at 619-3063 so she can get you in.
